Free Shipping (Orders over €50):

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached)
  • The items are returned in their original packaging
  • You have a valid proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • All underwear (if applicable in the future)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Step 2: Wait for Our Confirmation

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  • Exchanges: We will ship the new item once the return is approved. Shipping times are equal to our standard delivery times
